Chichester Natural Health Centre is now recognised as the leading centre for complementary medical care and natural therapies in the area.

Chichester Natural Health Centre has been running under the management of Clinic Director, Gabriella Kispal since 1999. It has built up an excellent reputation for safe and effective treatment of a whole variety of ailments ranging from back pain to PMT, anxiety attacks to eczema.

As interest in the positive benefits of complementary medicine grows, so people are becoming more aware of the need to choose qualified practitioners who are experienced in their field. The team of dedicated practitioners are all registered professionals who have been trained to a high standard and can offer a wealth of specialist knowledge and a wide range of treatments to help you towards better health.

Among the therapies available to both children and adults at the Chichester Natural Health Centre are, acupuncture, allergy testing, aromatherapy, craniosacral therapy, herbal medicine, homeopathy, hypnotherapy, naturopathy, osteopathy, reflexology and reiki.

If you are unsure about which to choose, then you are offered a free initial assessment with a qualified practitioner which typically lasts about 20 minutes.*

“It’s important to take time to select the therapy which will be most beneficial for you,” explains Gabriella Kispal, clinical director. “We invite you to meet the practitioner and ask questions about complementary therapies before making any decisions. We also offer free guidance on vitamin and mineral supplements.”

Fees vary with therapy and practitioner. You will be able to discuss this before agreeing to treatment. Once you have decided which practitioner to see, your treatment will begin with a thorough assessment of your health – both physical and emotional. For up to an hour and a half, you will receive individual attention – going through details of lifestyle, diet stresses etc., followed by your chosen therapy.

The practitioner will look at the problems you have brought with you on the day, as well as those complaints which you may have learnt to live with but needn’t any longer.

Practitioners at the clinic are keen to stress that complementary therapy is not considered a replacement for orthodox medicine but is there to provide a wider range of health-care options.

Most of our patients live in Hampshire or West Sussex, but a good number choose to travel from East Sussex, London or other places further afield to attend appointments. The Chichester Natural Health Centre is close to the city centre, and conveniently situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from both Chichester train and bus stations. The bus and train provide good transport links to Chichester from the surrounding areas, and also from Portsmouth, Southampton and London.

We have two, dedicated parking spaces directly outside the clinic, and there are also visitor’s spaces within the business centre. At peak times we cannot guarantee that they will available, so we suggest that you allow enough time for your journey to find alternative parking in one of the nearby carparks. If you have specific mobility requirements, please let the reception team know when you make your booking and we will do our best to reserve you a space.

If you are interested in booking in, there is always a warm welcome for you at Chichester Natural Health Centre – so why not call in or telephone to find out more. Our reception is covered six days a week. 01243 786946
