We thank you for taking an interest in our clinic and visiting our page. While there have been many changes to everyday life over the last 18 months, we are pleased to say that since June 2020, we have remained open under government rules. However, we understand the disruption and upset that Covid-19 has caused. We appreciate that some of our existing and potential new patients may feel anxious or worried about coming for treatment, and we would like to reassure you.
Acupuncture is classified as a medical treatment, and therefore, with implemented changes, we were able to continue to work safely and securely. During this year’s Lockdown, an acupuncture appointment remained one of the justified reasons for leaving home.
Since June 2020, we have now treated many patients at Chichester Natural Health Centre. We are pleased to report that there have been no incidences of Covid-19 or any transference in the clinic amongst patients or practitioners. We believe the steps we have taken prove to provide a safe and secure environment for patients to visit and receive treatment.
We are all aware of the risks Covid-19 has brought to our world, but it is also essential, at this time especially, to look after our physical and mental wellbeing. It is important to eat well, exercise, get out of the house and have fresh air, and also receive treatment. So, as part of that, our acupuncturists are here to help.
At the clinic, we also offer other holistic and complementary therapies. All of our therapists are highly qualified and are experienced in their field of work. Everyone one of our practitioners at Chichester Natural Health Centre, currently able to offer treatments under the latest regulations, has your health and wellbeing as their priority.

Like most businesses, we have now established a new normal and have taken many steps within the clinics to be Covid-19 secure and provide a safe space. The following are some of the current precautions we have taken in the clinic
· Practitioners will wear protective masks.
· Patients are asked to wear masks before entering the clinic and be asked to sanitise their hands on arrival.
· All soft furnishings, couch covers etc., have been removed.
· New room cleaning procedures have been put in place.
· We have changed our appointments system to minimise contact and waiting times and give more time for cleaning between clients
· We have installed a Perspex screen at the reception desk.
· We request that clients with active coughs, sneezing or a fever do not book appointments, as they will, unfortunately, be turned away. Hay fever sufferers should contact us in advance.
We are committed to providing a safe environment for patients, practitioners and staff, while also providing the same quality of service as we were previously.
